We've put a lot of focus on making sure the items get delivered to our customers as quickly as possible. So lately we've upgraded our shipping system to provide better service: we managed to shorten the shipping time, especially for US, UK, FR, DE & CA customers!

From April 1, 2019, customers can enjoy FREE STANDARD SHIPPING on orders over USD$9.9.

1. The new shipping system takes effect from Sept.26 2:00 CDT, and the orders before this will still be shipped out with our old shipping system. Practically, we ensure 95% of the orders delivered in time. For some remote places, it may take a bit longer.

After you have successfully placed your order you will receive an email confirmation from us. If you have any requests for your order, kindly let us know as soon as possible before your item enters the processing stage.

Processing

Note: In orders with more than one item, the processing time will be based on the item with the longest processing time.

We are happy to announce that now most orders can be shipped out within 24 hours. Kindly note a small quantity of orders may still need between 3-5 business days depending on stock availability.

Please note that the processing time is not included in the shipping time. The total time it will take to receive your order is the processing time + the shipping time.
